Zen Internet offers superior customer services, suggest a study

A recent study proves that Zen Internet provides the best customer services in the UK. By offering excellent customer support and service, Zen Internet customers are the most contented among the UK broadband customers. By winning 84 per cent ratings, the provider topped the customer satisfaction charts. For qualifying the status 70 per cent rating was more than enough, but the provider won more than the eligible standard ratings. Zen internet took the lead by leaving providers like Be Broadband, Eclipse Internet and Plusnet far behind. Be Broadband received 81 per cent rating, Eclipse Internet got 77 per cent and Plusnet won 72 per cent of the ratings. Zen internet has been maintaining its top position as a best customer satisfaction provider for five consecutive years, responded the magazine which conducted the survey.
