The service of the broadband internet provider of Hull has been chosen as one of the worst in the United Kingdom by the popular consumer magazine, Which?.

Karoo, the popular Hull-based internet service provider acquired only a rating of 36 per cent in the survey of broadband providers conducted by the consumer magazine, Which?, dropping it to the position of the third worst.

The internet service provider that is part of KC, the telecoms company was rated on the speed and quality of the service, besides the customer service delivered by it. The survey asked the customers if they would recommend the service of Karoo to their friends.

Expert broadband analyst at Which? Ceri Stanaway said that their survey was about how content people were with their service, not just download limits and speeds.

Stanaway added that they had the highest recommended companies alongside the three providers that were to be avoided according to the consumers, which unfortunately included Karoo ISP.

Nevertheless, internet service provider Karoo has rebuffed the findings of the survey saying that they delivered reliable, affordable and fast broadband service for customers.
