The UK companies firm on getting super fast broadband

More than 31% of the UK businesses are badly in need of super fast broadband. This is as per a survey conducted by ‘Virgin Media Business’, on about 5,000 establishments.

The research disclosed that the users consider fast and reliable network as more important than water and electricity.

High speed network connections are necessary for taking advantage of cloud based services like MS Dynamics CRM Online.

About 49% of the businesses informed that with the availability of the needed connectivity they expect prosperous business during the current year.

The managing Director of Virgin Media Business stated that Information Technology (IT) has made inroads into every section and wing of establishments. There is no area which it has not intruded. As a result of that, everything goes fat, ensuring better control of work and efficiency in the establishment. IT helps in innovations, progress etc. The establishment is set to gain enormously by way of output paving the way for substantial profit. The economy of the country will become much stronger.

When other companies also adopt IT technology the future of the country will be very bright.

Incidentally another survey by the Cloud Expo Europe conference indicated that more than 73% of the companies are interested in adhering to cloud computing solutions in 2012.
