Saturday, January 7th 2012

It has been reported that the failure in the services of BT’s broadband network have affected a lot of broadband users in the UK. As per ISPreview.co.uk there have been many broadband service providers who have been making complaints regarding service problems for some days now. A big breakdown in the BT network services is said to have greatly affected consumers who rely on BT’s 21CN platform in the southern part of England. The company Eclipse Internet had affirmed that by 2 p.m. on Thursday the 5th of January all disrupted broadband lines were set right and connections were back on a normal footing. Nevertheless, as a consequence of this breakdown quite a number of consumers were still experiencing broadband speeds that were rather slower than usual, stated the firm. Eclipse Internet was reported to have stated that unless and until this problem is completely solved by the telecommunication big-wigs BT, the levels of performance would go no being lower than usual. A declaration to the effect that the matter was out of their practical control was issued by BT following the storms that hit the country in the early days of January, which caused considerable damage to their network.
