Rivals of Apple fume over its Response to iPhone Issues

If the chief executive officer at technology giant Apple, Steve Jobs thought that he could steer clear of the current wireless broadband reception issue shrouding his flagship mobile phone model, Apple iPhone 4, by simply offering free cases to the disillusioned customers, he could be deemed the most incompetent executive in the contemporary technology world.

So intense has been the situation, marked by utter dismay on the part of the customers of Apple iPhone 4 that had virtuously fought a battle to lay their hands on it, and the numerous rivals of Apple that have obviously sniffed blood, and seemingly would never let go the golden opportunity of slowing down the juggernaut.

The rivals of Apple seem to have taken the issue with the contention of Jobs that even their handsets were reported to behaving similarly when gripped across the antenna. The Apple CEO had held up a few mobile phones during the press conference to substantiate his finding.

According to the maker of Blackberry handsets, RIM (Research in Motion), the attempt of Apple chief executive to draw their company into the self-made debacle of Apple was unacceptable. They added that the claims of Apple on the products of RIM appeared to be a deliberate attempt to distort the consumers' concept of an antenna design issue.

The co-chief exeutive at Motorola, Sanjay Jha said that it was artful to suggest that every phone performed alike. He added that the reason for their not placing antenna on the outside of their phones was that the users hardly liked being advised how to hold the handset.
