NOW TV’s NOW Broadband has recently come up with an offer of cutting the set up fees on their broadband packages while taking up a contract for 12 months. The offer is available on all their packages of Brilliant Broadband, Fab Fibre and Super Fibre packages.

Their packages are as below:

Brilliant Broadband

With an average speed of 11 Mbps at a price of £18 per month for a contract term of 12 months and thereafter at £33.99 along with zero set up (activation + delivery) fee.

Fab Fibre

With an average speed of 36 Mbps at a price of £25 per month for a contract term of 12 months and thereafter at £43.99 along with zero set up (activation + delivery) fee.

Super Fibre

With an average speed of 63 Mbps at a price of £30 per month for a contract term of 12 months and thereafter at £51.99 along with zero set up (activation + delivery) fee.

The customers will get unlimited usage, phone line rental included and no set up fee.

NOW TV has also agreed for Ofcom’s new Voluntary Code of Practice by signing with the authority which has come into effect from the beginning of this month. With this practice, the consumers can select whatever may be the package and they can find a personalized speed estimate for their address which will give them with exact idea on the performance.

The packages also include minimum guaranteed speed where if the provider fails to meet this guarantee, the users can cancel the contract within 20 days without any additional penalty. The operator is also offering no-contract option also for the consumers at no additional monthly cost. They have to pay one time set up fee of £60 and enjoy the same benefits with no contractual restrictions.
