N Irish Residents least satisfied Broadband Users in the UK
People living in Northern Ireland have been pointed out by a research carried out recently as the least satisfied broadband internet customers in the United Kingdom. According to the research conducted by a popular broadband comparison website Top Ten Broadband, one in five broadband consuming people in Northern Ireland thought that the broadband service rolled out to them was either poor or terrible. In comparison, the research that took into account the views of more than 180,000 visitors to the website, revealed that the people of England's North West enjoyed the best services with 60 per cent of them describing the broadband service received by them as fair or great. A spokesman of the website Alex Buttle said that people were increasingly depending on their broadband internet connection more or less the same way they relied on other utilities such as water or gas, and it was not all surprising if they expected it to perform well every time. Buttle added that the fact that the broadband reliability and speeds received by the people varied considerably from place to place was simply injustice towards the broadband users trapped in a region poorly served. It is also worth mentioning here that the average figure for broadband internet satisfction in the United Kingdom was 57 per cent, while a serious 14 per cent complained that they were dissatisfied.
