EE's launch of new range of Fibre Max plans

ISP & Mobile Service Provider, EE has launched its new range of G.Fast based broadband plans for home broadband customers, with the average download speeds of 145 Mbps and 300 Mbps. The plans are named as Fibre Max 1 & Fibre Max 2. EE also provides mobile pay monthly customers to get extra 20 GB mobile data boost when opting for EE's Fibre Max plans.

The budding of the new plans are to fulfill the demands of customers' increased requirements to stay connected with homes and it is a part of EE's aim to provide their customers with best broadband and mobile converged services.

The plan details are as below:
Fibre Max 1 - with an average download speed of 145Mbps and upload speed of 28Mbps at a price of £42 per month (£48 thereafter) for a contract term of 18 months.
Fibre Max 2 - with an average download speed of 300Mbps and upload speed of 47Mbps at a price of £47 per month (£53 thereafter) for a contract term of 18 months.

In an average 10 devices can be connected in the homes, even more than that is also possible. The new services enable customers to stream 4K UHD & HD videos, download games, episodes etc and browse internet anytime at an ultra fast speed and also uploading photos, videos is possible in seconds. EE's mobiles customers on Pay monthly plans will also get a boost of 20GB when signing upto Fibre Max plans and this data boost can be used by the main account holder or can be given under Data Gifting service or can be shared with family members every month.

The new plans can be subscribed through online, over the phone or in store. The customers can also get EE TV at an extra price of £8 per month. New & upgrading customers will get free set up (normally £50) for a limited time and existing customers who wants to upgrade will get a BT whole home Wifi costing £199 at free of cost if signing up on or before 25th July 2018.

The new subscribers will get a wireless router (smart hub router), unlimited usage, UK & Ireland based customer support, 20 GB data boost for pay monthly mobile customers, phone line rental included, free setup and one-off charges of £30 if new lines to be installed.

The services are at present available to limited areas as Openreach's G.fast network has covered only over 1 million premises, but focussing to cover 10 million premises by 2020 and the locations for new roll outs have been informed day before yesterday. The customers can find out whether they are eligible and about plans & speeds through broadband line checker available in the site or over phone or in stores. The customers can get installation with an engineer visiting home.

EE's Managing Director of Marketing - Max Taylor said that their new plans have been designed to meet the customers' demands with increasing usage to stay connected with home & families. With the growth of smart technologies everywhere such as smart TV, smart homes devices, smartphones etc and to meet the requirements, EE wants to provide the wide range of converged broadband services, best customer support, ultrafast speed etc to their customers in the UK.
