Connected Britain Awards 2019 awarded to the winners

The Annual Connected Britain Awards 2019 organised by Total Telecom have been awarded to the winners last night on June 19 in London. Many ISPs like BT, Openreach, Superfast Essex, KCOM secured awards under different categories.

Connected Britain was launched in the year 2015, which is the biggest gathering of connectivity sector. This year there was a gathering of more than 1200 participants from telecoms, public sector organizations and property companies. The Connected Britain Awards is the part of the Connected Britain conference. This year Connected Britain was held on June 18 & 19, 2019 at Business Design Centre, London.

There were around 74 organisations nominated for the Connected Britain Awards under different categories. All the entries were assessed by a panel of judges and the panel had important personalities from Total Telecom, Broadband Stakeholders group, other organizations in the industry.

Wireless Connectivity Award to BT Complete Wi-Fi

Fibre Connectivity Award to KCOM

Smart City Initiative to City of York Council

Barrier Removal Award to London Borough of Southwark

SME Service Provider of the Year to Glide Business

Final Mile Award to Openreach
