Aquiss slashed price of 1 Gbps GPON business broadband

The ISP Aquiss has announced that they have slashed the price of their 1 Gbps symmetrical full fibre 1 Gbps based fully managed business Gigabit Passive Optical Network product to £330 plus VAT a month. The GPON product is mainly for business customers and not for residential customers.

The cost of the product is £257 plus VAT a month (original price is £300) on 500 Mbps plan and £330 (original price is £375) on 1Gbps plan. The services cover a 5 hour Service Level Agreement, 36 month contract, uncontended unlimited usage, Static IP (V4/v6) address and a free install. The lead time for Service setup will take 45 working days which also includes site survey work if necessary.

The product is available in 22 towns and cities of the UK. The ISP uses the Dark Fibre network of Cityfibre in the areas of Aberdeen, Bristol, Bradford, Bracknell, Edinburgh, Coventry, Exeter, Gloucester, Glasgow, Leeds, Huddersfield, Leicester, Maidenhead, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Northampton, Reading, Peterborough, Rotherham, Southend, Sheffield and Wakefield.

The ISP also said that they are giving their full support to the Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme which offers grant upto £2,500 and they contribute additionally £250 on all installs.
