The success of its ongoing 80Mbps broadband trials, further adds to the credibility of this broadband provider. Recent report suggests that the trials received positive feedbacks from the participants. The initial outcome of their new FTTC (fibre-to-the-cabinet) 80Mbps trials has been published and it is brings great news for the company and their customers.

During the trials, the participants received download speeds ranging from 57Mb to 79.7Mb and upload speeds of 20Mbb. Director at AAISP, Adrian Kennard is satisfied about the ongoing trails and describes it as not bad. The lines are connecting at high rates, he added. Some minor technical errors are experienced.

The provider has been switching copper links with telephone exchanges and street cabinets to ensure improved broadband speeds. The technical trails of AAISP cost nothing as it was achieved by strengthening to 17MHz from 7MHz. A bigger trail with speeds up to 100Mbps will cost money as it requires getting rid of signal interference. AAISP is satisfied and contended with the way things are going. The ongoing 80Mb broadband trials, has already proved a success for the company.
