They are looking for a flexible broadband contract from their provider to cater to their flexible working lives. This type of contract is not offered by any provider, he added. Large telecom companies balance their high costs by retaining their customer. This is why customers are tied to longer contracts for their services. When tied to longer contracts, customers feel stressed. Even though, their lifestyle is changed, they are stuck with monthly bills from their suppliers.
