Eclipse says people are not clear about broadband packages
A recent research conducted by Eclipse has found out that most of the consumers are unaware of the key terms in broadband agreements. Eclipse said that the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) should be dynamic in informing customers about their broadband usage. Eclipse found out that 62% web users did not know what the their monthly downloads limits were and 20% of users did not know the basics of bandwidth. Eclipse said that the company's study is a proof that many consumers are not clear about the broadband packages and are ignorant of the key terms involved in broadband offer statements. Ways to make people know 'what is what' can be creating awareness and explaining the key terms to the consumers clearly. The ISPs will certainly have to come forward for this purpose.
