According to statistics report from Ofcom, BT received the most number of complaints from its customers for its broadband services in Q4 2013. Surprisingly this is for the first time that BT has hit the top number with 0.32 complaints for every 1,000 customers. EE secured second place for complaints with 0.29 problems for every 1,000 customers and next for TalkTalk with 0.21 problems. Reports say that Virgin Media received the least number with 0.07 complaints every 1,000 customers and Sky with 0.08 problems with the same number of customers.

The main reasons for the complaints were because of the faulty services and issues involved in handling other problems. Apart from suffering a setback in the number of complaints from broadband services BT has recorded most number of complaints for its landline telephone services with 0.2 problems for every 1,000 customers.
