BT launches 4G mobile and Wi-Fi plans for businesses in UK

Wednesday, August 6th 2014

BT has now launched its 4G LTE mobile as well as WI-Fi plans for businesses in the UK. With this, the telecoms giant has given a partial reply to those who were wondering as to how BT plans to use its 4G mobile spectrum as well as its MVNO deal with EE. While the best part of this launch is the unlimited WI-Fi facility coming absolutely free, the sad part is its eligibility to business customers only, while residential customers need to wait.

The ‘BT Business Mobile’ is a product that runs over BT’s national mobile service, while also being supported by the MVNO deal together with EE. However, BT’s currently existing business subscribers will have to re-sign towards benefiting from this service. BT’s new 4G mobile plans, all with free WI-Fi, range from the solo single user plans to data-only plans to shared bundles, while also offering an exclusive Mobile Flex plan which is supposedly offering tailored prices for the telecom giant’s bigger customers.
