Wednesday, March 2nd 2011

One of the popular internet service providers operating in the United Kingdom, Be Broadband has announced a bunch of considerable price hikes for its fresh customers.

The steps that appear to affect all of the provider's primary broadband internet packages, will not be affecting the existing customers as of now. This move was very much anticipated following a similar move performed by the parent firm of Be, O2 UK.

According to the fresh move by Be Broadband, its Be Value broadband package that comes for a price of GBP 14.08 a month over a 12 month contract will now be priced at GBP 17 a month over the same twelve month deal.

Meanwhile, BE Unlimited package that offers a download speed of up to 24 Mbps, besides unlimited data downloads and free wireless broadband modem will be priced GBP 22 a month over a twelve month contract. The existing price of this package is GBP 18.26 per month on a 12 month deal.

BE Pro broadband package that offers a download speed of up to 24Mbps and upload speed of up to 2.5Mbps, besides unlimited data usage and free wireless modem will come at GBP 27 per month over a 12 month deal. The existing price for this package is GBP 22.44 a month.
