The service provider described this issue as a wider problem. Resellers should offer its customers a measurement and monitoring method that will prevent them from over billing. According to the provider, a clear and transparent cost structure could rectify the billing errors. He added that wholesalers who make sure that resellers offer correct billing to a large extent should adopt a safer method. He pointed out that by charging a fixed price for unlimited usage and a clear pricing on traditional usage the provider enable its partners to determine their expenses based on overall usage. A well structured and complete billing solution will offer value of services and strengthens trust between broadband providers and resellers.
