IT Support from Be Broadband

Be Broadband, one of the most popular internet service providers operating in the United Kingdom, has announced last day that they will be providing their customers with home IT support. The broadband provider also informed that it will be partnering with Geeks-on-Wheels to provide its customers with this service.

Although this service is payable by the customers, the members of Be Broadband will be provided with a discount of 15 per cent to get any problem related to the IT sector solved. The IT problems mentioned here refer to clearing computers and laptops of spyware or virus, helping out in configuring software and hardware, or recovery of data after hard disk crashes.

GBP 63.75 will be the charge for engaging Geeks-on-Wheels in London for the first hour. After the first hour, every thirty minutes of service thereafter will be priced GBP 31.88. The same back up service will cost GBP 55.25 for the first hour, followed by GBP 25.50 for every thirty minutes thereafter, in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex areas.

As a result of this deal between Be Broadband and Geeks-on-Wheels, the customers of Geeks-on-Wheels are also opened up to Be Broadband’s new broadband package that offers free usage of two months in the beginning. However, this broadband package is a twelve month contract deal. Another advantage of this broadband package is that it comes free of any connection fee.

The head of marketing at Be Broadband, Oli White said that they were delighted to partner with Geeks-on-Wheels and provide their members with the best value back up when they sought for professional IT support at home. He hoped that this partnership would allow it to carry on with the kind of excellent service that was expected by its members.

Meanwhile the managing director of Geeks-on-Wheels, Jamie Shaw commented that it was the ideal partnership for Geeks-on-Wheels, as Be Broadband was widely recognized as the provider of better broadband services in a competitive market, and with them now providing on-line back up to the ISP, the service would be second to none.
