Help to resolve Wifi problem
I'm using a Linkys wireless modem, however, I don't get good wireless reception due to solid concrete structure that is abundant in my house. In the room, where the router is, I get good reception, however, speeds are so disappointing in the next room. I do not any reception in the upstairs.

There are dropping out, random restarts that vex me and I am considering to buy a new router that can ensure better wireless reception. Should I use amplifiers or signal boosters to improve my Wi-fi?

Thanks,

As your house has too much concrete structure, you can try using Ethernet over Power adapters. You can also use powerful antennas. I do not think amplifiers can be of much helpful to you.

I do not what model of Linkys you are using. There are high output wireless routers that come with rf output and can produce better results. Try to use various wireless devices to connect the PC to the internet. Also use the combination of Ethernet connection and wireless access points.
