Avoiding messy cables and being mobile are the prime aspects of going wireless, whether you are net savvy or not. Also ADSL speedens communication and therefore enables easy browsing. If not now, the future of these technologies is definitely in the rise. There are lots of packages available in both though. Celerons have increasingly been replaced by Pentiums, likewise switching to modern technologies will only be advantageous in the long run and will never hinder one's usage.

Yes i would recommend going wireless, it can be quite tricky getting your wireless properly configured. However, when you do its well worth it and if you get a belkin its high speed and your internet will run very fast.
