I want to know the wimax providers in UK. As I need wimax and not adsl that too the best connection as I roam a lot.

Pipex is the first ISP to launch WiMAX service in the UK. Currently, Pipex has been testing its WiMAX services in two areas - Milton Keynes and Warwick.

Pipex recently announced that it would expand its network to Manchester and other areas under a new brand name - FREEDOM4.

Well, if you live in other areas, you perhaps have to wait, however, good news is WiMAX is arousing a lot of interest in the minds of UK broadband population, so you can expect that WiMAX is widely available across the UK in near future.

Vonage is meant to be a very good Wimax providor they are teaming up with other services to become even better.I have herd they offer great service and at affordable prices.
