Extend Network.
My neighbor is having a wireless network and we both want to share the same connection is it possible to some way extend his network to my house.

You could actually get access to his network but he would have to give you permissions and id along with password. I do this with a friend who is a couple houses away from me and it works great.

Just use repeater and mac bind the computers whom you want to give access.

There is no need for him to extend his network.It depends what kind of router he gets, if you refresh your networks you should be able to find your networks router of your neighbours.He will need to give you permission to use it, and the WEP key if needed.
