Fixed WiMax
WiMax 802.16d is fixed version of WiMax. What does fixed means here. Do we have to stay at a single place or we can roam as usual.

Yes, it is referring to fixed access only and would not allow for roaming. This is because the standard was developed for commericial use and not for the users.
