Wireless Access Points.
I have a router installed at ground floor but I need internet connection also on the second floor. How can I install a access point on the second floor so that I get good connectivity.

Just use another router and connect it to main router through lan wire.

You can get a hub, and then connect all the computers to the hub with lan wire and then run from the hub to each system you need to connect then you can all share one connection to the internet.

You can add extra booster signals for your router however, make sure it is compatitible first. This should send stronger signals throughout your house and reach the second floor. If not im afriad another router is also an option
