Wired Routers For Desktops

If you have a desk top computer do you prefer to have a wired router or wireless? I would like to know that you think on this topic as there is some confusion and controversy over which this.

Wired connection as routers have both wired and wireless facilities and in future if you buy a laptop use wlan.

I agree with niki as in future no one will be going for desktops for home use. So its good to take a router with wlan facility as they also have lan and usb ports.

Yes as stated by niki i would prefer to have a wired router.This was due to we was going to use this router with a laptop and we used wlan with this service and everything functions perfect.We planned it out first as we hate hassle
