Paypal on Wimax.
I do money transfer from my paypal accounts to other over my WiMax connection . Is it safe to use wimax or should I go for more secure connection.

My guess is that you will have to make sure you have a firewall just as you would with any other type of connection to the internet. This will ensure that you have a way to control your computer and that others do not.

Actually I am scared because there is one ip to all machines and also its a broadcast network.

No need to worry as paypal is very safe and also you can charge back and also contact your isp and ask him that you need a dedicated ip.

Agree with niki on paypal but what about others like credit card, egold etc. Only use them if you trust the network.

Paypal is a very secure service, they block accounts and suspend accounts if there is any suspicious activity they are very trustworthy.Also make sure your on the real Paypal site there is a padlock displayed on the top or bottom right hand corner to show your on a secure network when entering personal details.

I would recommend using a credit card that is not your main and doesn't have alot of money on to be safe.It will probably never get hacked this is just a safety precaution.Wimax is pretty safe you shouldn't need to worry.
