Something BT do not tell you
When they upgrade you Home Hub, they change your WEP key as well so your previously setup kit will not connect - but they don't tell you of course!

Of course not, they do not want to tell you something because then you become for reliant on them and they have to be more in control. I cannot stand companies that act like this.

Thanks a lot Scotty. I didn't know they did this. But I'm still a little bit confused... So when you upgrade the Home Hub why doesn't matter if they change the WEP? Is it because they pretty much make you buy a new setup kit???

Thats obvious they don't even give the key when installing for the first time so wht they'll give when doing the same for the second time.

This is very sly of them, if i found this out and i was on the BT network i would change from them straight away.Companys that act like this should have no consumers that use them and should all switch.
