with 1800, 86, 877, 888 there is no problem with vonage phone ! but the sales people are not very helpfull and I think there is some thing fishy with the term .
I think you should contact the sales department via email.Thats very weird or try using there help centre there are loads of questions and answers good luck with solving this.
