Verizon FIOS
this one is mainly for US customers but they are doing very well and will be looking to come to the UK very soon , It is not for DSL , the voice quality is great , but if you talk to people on there cell phones then I could be a problem

What are there plans for unlimited calls anywhere around the globe.
