Best voip service

I am new to voip, and i want to know which one has the capacity to assist me in the future for setting up telephone lines in my office, who can suggest what devices should i use etc.. I want to know how they can assist me in the best way they can and teach me how everything works when i start. I searched for some voip providers and i found some, but i need to visit them each for me to know their services.

A VOIP Phone System must consists:
one or more SIP phones / VOIP phones
IP PBX server and optionally includes a VOIP Gateway.

How does voip works?

Sip clients, it is a soft phones or hardware based phones, register with the IP PBX server similar to proxy server, and if they want to make a call they ask the IP PBX to establish the connection. The IP PBX has a directory of all phones/users and their corresponding SIP address and thus is able to connect an internal call or route an external call via either a VOIP gateway or a VOIP service provider.

For business phone system also VoIP work in same way only. For business you have to use Multiple line plus you have to check some features like call forwarding, call transfer, three-way calling, voice mail, voice mail to email, fax to email, hunt groups, auto attendant menus.
