Well you don't need a wi-fi point if you use an unlimited data account as these phones have 3g they have more than enough bandwidth to cover this

I couldn't make calls with skype properly.There is voice break sometimes.Can anybody tell me the reason?

There can be voice break due to the upload speed.Please check with the ISP.There will be good voice clarity only if you have a good connection.
