No problem VoIP!
We are a small organization and would like to setup VoIP in our office. I came to know VoIP can have occasional glitches. To maintain VoIP quality, what things have to be done? I welcome some useful suggestions.

When you buy a business package for your office, subscribe to a reliable, high-bandwidth service. Make sure your package provides ample bandwidth to the PCs hooked to your network.

To prevent the problem of dropped calls, use QoS-enabled Ethernet switches in internal LANs. The most important thing is to configure the switch and QoS settings in router. This is to prioritize the VoIP calls.

Also check the LAN wiring is properly done.

Don’t forget to configure your router and firewall so that they give high priority to the VoIP traffic.
