Anyone Use Their Mobile Service?

I realise I've just complained about Virgin Media, but since they're the only cable choice in my area at the moment I guess I'm stuck with them.

I want to replace my sim card in my phone, and I'm considering using their mobile package - does anyone have any experience of them? Is their coverage good? How do their packages compare to other suppliers? I'm with O2 at the moment and pretty disgusted with their service in general.

Any comments much appreciated.

One of my friend has earlier used their mobile service but he was not completely satisfied by the service cause the rates for calls and other services are high.
