I was recently upgraded to the 20MB speed, but my modem can't handle it, so they said they'd send a new one - its been several weeks, and this is the second order I've placed and still no new modem.
I've heard others have had similar problems. Has anyone actually got a new modem from them yet? Next time I ring up to pay I think I'll be complaining.
I had no problems back when they were Telewest, but as a part of Virgin there always seems to be something going wrong
