Lack of internet coverage for virgin customers

The end of last month customers of virgin media has lots of problems . Virgin spokesperson Michelle Gordon said: "We always aim to identify and resolve any faults in the network as quickly as possible and to minimise any disruption to our customers. This remains a priority for the company and we are working hard to ensure we deliver the best possible service."

I really hope they do stick to there statement, i had quite a few problems last month, i had to keep restarting and turning off my modem and such, i think i only had one down time last month might of been more but i don't recall.
