Virgin/NTL getting annoying

Hi guys,

If im right there was a long down time between the 23rd and 24th of August, i couldn't access the Internet ever since 8PM on the 23rd and then i still couldn't access it on Friday at 3PM, i went to London at 3PM that day when i came back on Monday it was fine and i got a new IP address i think they might of been switching the location also I'd just like to know from someone who has had experience with BT please tell me does it have a lot of errors and downtime?

Virgin Moble is a small provider that does not stand a chance / it isn't the best. I would think that you should change.

If i did change i probably would get BT Option 1 which has advantages and disadvantages which i just checked you get to only download 5GB every month which is a really strong disadvantage, but the advantage is i get get 8MB Internet, but mainly I'm bothered about downtime with Virgin Media i get unlimited downloads but the downtime happens usually i once got downtime for a week.
