Anyone Tried Getting a Refund?

Some people are protesting about the new usage limitations between 4 and 12 by asking for refunds for that part of their usage. A few people have had 'goodwill gestures' where their price has been cut for a while because they are long standing customers.

I'm thinking of trying it myself, although I'm under contract after requesting the free router BY were giving away a while ago, so I doubt I'll get it.

If you aren't under contract it's worth a shot.

I'd love to hear from others who have tried it.

I have not tried for a refund but one of my friend has and has not got any response from the company side. I am also trying to do something like that.
