Cable Broadband packages

Do people like the names given by Virgin Media for their packages?

XL, XXL, M, S etc?

Surely, the idea was they wanted to simplify things, but when I was checking their website for broadband deals, it looks more confusing rather than simplifying.

Some of their packages are good value for money though if you want to bundle in cable television with them.

After buying out Telewest and NTL, virgin seems to have a bit of a monopoly in the cable market.

Some of the packages offered by the company with cable television and the other with the basic telephone service are cheap as compared to individual plans.

Moreover they are also promising to avoid claims of unachievable speeds for its National Broadband product. Their new marketing strategy includes the national products will set out the speed as being the fastest broadband that they can deliver.
