More information on Toucan please!

I was wondering how could Toucan earn great reputation as an ISP of broadband and phone packages with their 'not many' variety broadband deals. I have to admit that I dont know much about their broadband service. Details can be seen here.

What kind of ISP is Toucan? I had been searching information on Toucan for awhile. Thankfully, this site has provided a little more information.

I have read reviews on Toucan i recommend you stay away many state the service is awful and you should totally stay away from them.They stated horrific things like there email got deleted if they was a lack of use they offered an overall poor service and customer service staff were basically un-satisfactory.

Toucan call plans are excellent as they provide various options and cater the needs of both light and heavy phone users. Their phone rental is the lowest among all ISPs.

With their call plans, they offer two broadband speeds - 512Kbps and 8Mbps. They also offer Zone alarm internet security. I dont really think Toucan offers are bad.

Hi to everybody,I have heard that toucan broadband was bought by pipex in 2006.Now pipex has sold its broadband and phones deals to tiscali in 2007.So toucan have been discontinued and now all has to look after the tiscali site for more details.
