I was looking at various broadband providers' websites to see if they charge extra for tech support phone calls.

On their own page, where they compare themselves with other providers, they say their tech support number costs 30p per minute.

Are they the most expensive tech support number in the UK? Surely, tech issues take a few minutes and you will end up with a few pounds charge every time you make a call to their tech guys.

I know. IF you pay them for service, it should be freephone, not 30p a minute. Mind you, they have to make the callcentres pay somehow :P
