Tiscali's chief executive has recently said that they may need to raise the cost of broadband subscriptions so as to improve the network. "The internet was not set up with a view to distributing video".
I think thats really shocking as i found Tiscali pricing of there broadband service already very high and its going up evenmore.I think more consideration needs to go into this before it goes ahead.
