Point Topic research shows that the number of dissatisfied customers has suddenly dropped as far as TalkTalk is concerned. The survey says more than three-fourths of TalkTalk customers are blissfully happy with the services and would hardly switch to other ISPs.
Orange, on the other hand, is going from bad to worse. Only 45 percent of its customers are pleased with their ISP. You remember, PC World announced free laptop for everyone who signs up for Orange. Sadly, that free offer was over a couple of days ago.
