We've just hada problem with ukonline - try asking them to 'widen your margins' and this might stop the modem dropping out. Cycling the power can also help.

i agree with everyone who hates talk talk its the most useless broadband ever i hate so much cant stay conected for more than 2 seconds than it takes about 3-4 mins to fix it then it asks how well it fixed it and im thinkin if your internet actually worked in the first place i wouldnt have to fix it
