| Talk Talk terrible service I'd like to share my terrible Talk Talk experience.
My partner signed up to them, being told she had 14 days to cancel the contract. We decided there were better deals so we attempted to cancel.
It took 4 days of trying before our call was answered, eventually it was and the contract was cancelled - or so we thought. The modem still arrived - which we sent back, they still set up the direct debit. We cancelled the direct debit ourseleves so they are now sending us demands for payment. |
