Dose talk talk have a Indian call center
My brother had a problem with talktalk and he called up the customer service , he could not talk to the person cause the english was so poor of the customer service reps, could they have a office in India or China

I used to work for a Talk Talk sales call center and it was based in the UK - I'm not sure if their tech support was also based in that office, or if they outsourced that bit.

All I can say is that having worked for their sales division I would not wish to be a customer of the company anyway. I didn't like their attitude towards their prospective customers.

Ok Saubryn has just send away atlest 20 customers form getting into talktalk . There is also another thing you have to keep in mind , the tech support can still be from india , and they can also havea center in the UK

This happens a lot! I've called to costumer services and yes this indeed happens, they have call centers all over the world but the costumer service representatives don't speak proper English... what a shame!

I don't think the company has a call center in India as i have never heard about that and moreover the site of the company has not even mentioned about this

it seems you are anti indian call centre but they speak better english than average british of the same age today????

Yes i agree they should not put foreign people in charge of call centres for the UK i don't agree with this.I agree they do their job effective but i have to say 'pardan' alot due to their accents not been strong english / united kingdom and my problems do not get resolved as i can't understand them hence why i use mail or e-mail.
