Deactivated account.

I have a deactivated account of skype and used to use it 3 months back. Can I get the same account back or I have to make a new one.

Once you have detactivated your Skype account you maybe allowed to get it back within a certain timescale if you supply skype with the requested details.However, maybe if you have left it a year or longer you will have to create a new one.
