Im on BT Broadband, 8meg, yet when i use skype, sometimes it goes very hazy / call quality is rubbish. The connection is clear at both ends, with noone else using it, but the call quality is still really bad. Does anyone have any ideas
Unsure, Skype is peer to peer so perhaps you got a bad connection though a bad route, but I'm guessing it happens a lot, which would narrow down the chances of this.
Are you speaking/listening though a wireless headset or is it wired? Also what kind of a connection does the person you are speaking with have? A dial up could perhaps cause bad call quality.
