Skype on Windows Mobile?

Has anyone used Skype on a Windows Mobile device? I'm considering getting an XDA and the ability to use it for Voip is one of my main motivators (well, along with the XDAs being cool in general ).

I'm just dubious about how Skype will run on the thing - is the performace OK? What about the sound quality? If you can get better quality from a laptop with a good headset I'll just stick with that...

I have a friend of mine that is using it and it works fine with him , but you should ask some one else as I have not used it my self

Yeah plus some devices such as the XDA and SPV devices have Wlan so in some areas you won't even have to pay your network provider

I have used mig33 on a nokia symbian phone and there everything was OK and sound quality was superb and also they gave sms service for very decent price.

But for skyoe there is no need of any client and you can use it directly by visiting their site with some browser.
