Only seems to be the quote+ button the quote and reply button work fine.

There is a setting in vBulletin that allows you to take in full quotes rather than just the latest quote. It really makes a difference as the last few posts tends to look disjointed otherwise.

Quote has to be rather used for such words or lines for those we want a attention from the reader. may be their is something else written for this also
