Have alternative email. If ISP vanishes, youl need email separate from ISP or own mail server. Webbased email is helpful, compared to using email program. Companies offer forwarding and free email . At least two alternative addresses are recommended since one cannot tell how long email will be around.

Yes if my ISP ever vanishes i will use google mail i have my own personalised email set up as im soon going to be starting my own online business.Its fantastic i would recommend this kind of email service as a backup.

Ya it is correct.At any time ISP email will be vanished,so its better to keep a permanent email from the top companies like google,yahoo or rediff.
